Step 1: Book a Free 15 Minute Consultation Call
During our initial chat, we’ll explore your child's individual sleep patterns, history, routines, and any challenges you’re encountering. This will help us create a mutual understanding of your needs and how our services can support you.

Step 2: Complete our sleep habits questionnaire
If you feel we're a good fit and you'd like to continue working together, I will send you a survey where you'll have the opportunity to share with me information about your child's current sleep habits and struggles. This information allows me to identify the areas that may be contributing to your child's sleep difficulties and from there create a customized sleep plan to improve the situation.

Step 3: Let's chat some more
At this time, we’ll schedule a more in-depth call. This session will allow me to gather more information about your family, address any questions or concerns you may have, and discuss various sleep training methods to fit your comfort level.

Step 4: Getting started on your sleep plan
After reviewing your detailed sleep intake survey combined with the information gathered in our call, I will tailor a sleep plan specifically for your child. The plan will cover targeted strategies and techniques that you can implement to effectively help your child through these challenges.

Step 5: Follow-up Support
If you've selected a package that includes follow-up support, I will guide you through the steps of implementing your new sleep plan and be available to answer your questions along the way. We’ll also have the opportunity to make adjustments as necessary during this process. These sessions are designed to evaluate progress and make any necessary adjustments to our approach. Our goal is to ensure your child's sleep keeps improving while helping you feel confident in sustaining healthy sleep habits over the long term.
